                   NON-CLINICAL LECTURER (3 Years)
                  Salary £17,238 - £30,065 per annum


The Division of Public Health wishes to recruit a lecturer to 
make a significant contribution to research and teaching in 
one or more of its current main research areas.  The post 
holder will work with appropriate Senior Lecturers, Readers 
or Professors on research in one or more of the research 
themes of the Division.  The role will include preparation of 
research grant submissions and development of research 
protocols and structured questionnaires; management of 
databases, undertaking data analysis and submitting papers 
for peer-reviewed journals.  The postholder will be expected 
to supervise research dissertations for higher degrees 
(PhD, MPH) and contribute to teaching within the 
department.

Candidates should have a PhD in Epidemiology, 
Biostatistics or in a related Public Health Science and a 
good publication record in peer reviewed journals.
