We have 30,000 mathematical beermats available to all-comers.

They have been prepared with funding from Maths Year 2000 and promote the
York Maths FunFair (October 21st), so priority will be given to those who
can get these mats used in your local pub/college bar or whatever before
that date.

Please email me a reply indicating how many you would like. (Please indicate
your full mailoing address and total number of mats required - there are 6
different ones, and we will send you a mixed selection.) We also have
leaflets giving details of events below, or you can ring 0800-100-900 or
visit www.mathsyear2000.org/events

One side of each beermat has a puzzle on; the other advertises events 1-4
below:
	1. Maths FunDay; Coppergate Centre (central York) 7th October, 10am-4pm
	2. Maths FunDay; McArthur Glen Designer Outlet (A19/A64 junction, south of
York) 14th October, 10am-4pm
	3. Maths FunDay; Clifton Moor Centre (Ring Road north of York) 15th
October, 10am-4pm
	4. York Maths FunFair; Burnholme Community College (off Tang Hall Labe, 2km
east of central York) 21st October, 10am-4pm
	5. "Maths and Magic" FunMaths Talk by Rob Eastaway, author of "Why do Buses
Always Come in Threes?": Tempest Anderson Hall, Museum Gardens, York:
Wednesdasy 11th October, 5.30-6.30pm

Numbers 4 and 2 are likely to be the biggest of these events. All are
invited: no booking necessary.
