A 3-year Research Fellowship is available on a European Funded Project
on Multivariate Statistical Process Control and Cleaner Production. This
is an exciting opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary environment
on a project of considerable social and industrial importance. In
summary, the project will use multivariate and dynamic modelling of
outputs from industrial processes to improve performance and minimise
toxic emissions. The project is co-ordinated by the Swedish
Environmental Research Institute, IVL.
The Department of Statistics is one of the strongest research
departments of its kind in the UK and RISCU has international standing.
