Dear Allstat: I am running conditional logit with fixed effects in SAS 6.12 PROC PHREG. I need to do a residual analysis. I know how to do this in Proc Logistic, but haven't really investigated it in Proc Phreg. Does anyone know whether the outlier residuals identified via diagnostics in Proc Logistic would correspond to outliers in Proc Phreg? In other words, can I adapt my Proc Phreg conditional logit model on the bases of diagnostic information obtained in Proc Logistic?
