If you have particular concerns/views about the indicator, how it is to be constructed and the data on which it is to be based, and would like to share them with us, please email me directly. Areas that we consider problematic include the exclusion, as we understand it, of students whose secondary activity is work, from either of the two PIs proposed. We would welcome hearing other views.
