A 19year old lady presented to her Family Doctor complaining of hirsuitism.

Serum results are:

FSH: 0.2 U/L (follicular 2 - 11, peak 5 - 34, luteal 1 - 8)

LH: < 0.3 U/L (follicular 1 - 10, peak 18 - 49, luteal 1- 11)

Testosterone: 0.4 nmol/L (0.3 - 2.9)
