A 53year old lady presented to her family doctor feeling generally unwell. The clinical information gave a history of recurrent respiratory tract infections. The serum results are as follows:

Sodium:            140 mmol/L (134 - 145)
Potassium:         4.4 mmol/L (3.6 - 5.3)
Urea:                   4.4 mmol/L (2.8 - 7.0)
Creatinine:           81 µmol/L (62 - 133)
Glucose:                4.9 mmol/L (3.5 - 7.0)
Free T4                5.3 pmol/L (10 - 26)
TSH                    1.8 mU/L  (0.25 - 5.5)
 
Free T3 & prolactin were added to this sample with results as follows. 
Free T3                16.1 pmol/L (3.7 - 6.9)
Prolactin            154 mU/L  (80 - 530)
