This CK-MB result is either CK-BB or one of the two macro-ck's, type 1 or type 2. This can be identified bt CK- electrophoresis. Other tests and controls in the batch did not reveal any such anomalies. I have a vague recollection of this sort of effect possibly being caused by binding of the enzyme to an immunoglobulin.
