TRAINING DAY ON MINORITY COMMUNITIES AT LIVERPOOL CENTRAL LIBRARY 11TH OCTOBER 2000 Speakers to include: Professor Lola Young (Director of National Museum and Archives of Black History and Culture), John Newman (Lambeth Archives), Susan Donnelly (British Library of Political and Economic Science), Alan Seatwo (Liverpool City Libraries), Karen Robson (Southampton University) and David Ward (CASBAH project). The aim of this event is to look at issues surrounding the collection and deposit of records of minority groups including Black and Asian communities, Gay and Lesbian communities and Jewish and Chinese communities.
