This comes second hand, from Jim Hightower's radio program broadcast
yesterday and from questions Ray Suarez was asking the Philly police
commissioner on McNeil Lehrer on PBS but yes, there have been allegations of
mistreatment and high bonds made.

The police commissioner said they were being held because they refused to
give their proper names, (Jane and John Doe).

I don't know anything about withholding of medications, etc.
