Ros (et al.)

We have the facility and all the setup is done by Innopac staff. You can 
check the network access table, but even that should be done for you.

However, we did have problems here and the 3M installing engineer had to 
tinker with his settings to get it to work.  I'm afraid I can't remember the 
details - I think it was a new version of the 3M client software. It worked 
in the end.
