Dear everyone,
I am hoping that someone out there will be able to help me. I need to get in
touch with college/sixth form lecturers who are interested in compiling some
small reviews of software and web sites which can be used as a resource
which aids teaching (for a small fee of course). So if you know of anyone,
please let me know. Reviews are to be hosted on http://ferl.becta.org.uk
which is a site that aims to be the equivalent of a yellow pages of
resources for teachers in the FE sector. We do not sell anything but we do
provide a valuable resource for teaching practitioners. Another area is how
ICT has been used to teach. We also need case studies about the impact that
technology has had on teaching certain subjects, along with the
disadvantages and advantages. Ideas for case studies would be wonderful, as
it allows people to read real life scenarios of the impact of technology,
and hopefully provides them with a good reference guide with information
which is not always in the manuals. These cases studies can be anything from
how an intranet has changed teaching, to how PowerPoint is used in a
classroom.
Any help would be appreciated i.e. information about new software etc.

Thankyou,
Jatinder
