My comments regarding the Newsletter are equally applicable to the Journal; a work that is often dry and impenetrable. I see no reason at all why we should not bring the two together and throw them open to 'The Public'. 'Less formal or substantive...items' could be placed in a separate 'Noticeboard' section.
