In answer to this and earlier messages about how Role can be a qualifier
with the inability of HTML to associate the value of role with a
particular name:
I asked exactly this question to Renato and Eric Miller at the DC7 meeting
when we were discussing qualifiers. I noted that I didn't understand how
it could be done, especially using HTML. The answer was: in defining
qualifiers, we are to determine which are needed and syntax should be left
out of the discussion. If there's a need, there will be a way. I don't
know what that means for using HTML.
