Most interesting. A total of 31 responses. 17 excellent, 13 goods and 1 average (thanks for that one, Paul)
This is in fact based on a single case, but I am trying to get a realistic handle on a sensible and achievable
performance. I have deliberately chosen a case with a figure that is not a multiple of 5 minutes. Darren (Walter) beat
me to it with an analysis of the time for each component, but I would like to suggest that we ought to consider 18
minutes as a target time for all 'barndoor' MIs. What is the general feeling on that?
Related side issue - shall we put pressure on the manufacturers of streptokinase to come up with a solution that
once made up lasts, say a week? One of the great delays with SK is disposing of the froth.
Best wishes,
Rowley Cottingham

May the road rise to meet you
May the wind be always at your back
The sun shine warm upon your face
The rain fall soft upon your fields
And until we meet again
May God hold you in the hollow of His hand
And never close His fist too tight upon you
Merry Christmas.
