Ok...this is the correct information on these people:
It was Henry VIII (8th) not Henry V (5th) who married:
(1) Catherine of Aragon (divorced),
(2) Anne Bolyne (executed),
(3) Jane Seymour (died in childbirth),
(4) Anne of Cleves (divorced),
(5) Katherine Howard (executed)
(6) Katherine Parr (survived Henry VIII).
Henry VIII's children in order of age and not succession to the throne were:
(1) Mary Tudor (Queen Mary, married Philip II of Spain), only surviving
daughter of Henry VIII and Catherine of Aragon. Roman Catholic
(2) Elizabeth (subsequently Elizabeth I, she never married), only daughter
of Henry VIII and Anne Bolyne. Protestant-Church of England
(3) Edward (subsequently Edward VI), never married, only son of Henry VIII
and Jane Seymour. Protestant-Church of England.
Once Henry VIII died his son succeeded him with his uncle as the Regent
since Edward was considered an adult. He subsequently died when he was
15..and there was a Queen for 9 days. Her name was Lady Jane Grey. However,
she was deposed and executed and Mary, Henry's eldest daughter became Queen.
She ascended to the throne in 1553 and died in 1558. Since Mary did not
have any children Elizabeth succeeded her to the English throne. Elizabeth
also died childless and left the throne to her cousin's son, James VI of
Scotland. Her cousin and his mother was Mary, Queen of Scots. Elizabeth had
had Mary executed since she was considered a threat to the English throne.
Yes, this is recent archaeology but its also important to get your facts
straight.

>Yes Arthur. And i believe Mary was the Daughter of Catherine. That's why
Henry was succeeded in order by Arthur, Mary, and then Elizabeth.
