****************************************************************
Dear Colleagues,
This is just a quick note to remind you that you still have time to
submit a paper to EGUK 2000.
In addition to the normal technical sessions, there are also two special
paper sessions:
--------------------------------------------
UCL session on Populating the Virtual Cities
--------------------------------------------
For this session we invite papers presenting work on enhancing the
realism of virtual cities by populating them with humans, cars, busses,
animals and whatever else we can find in modern cities. Work on
modelling, rendering, animation and simulation will be considered
relevant but also work on use of cities for virtual reality
applications.
[Session Organisers: Dr. Yiorgos Chrysanthou and Prof. Mel Slater, UCL]
----------------------
Research Student Forum
----------------------
This session is designed to give postgraduate students an opportunity to
present the work proposed for and carried out within their research
programme. [Session Organiser: Dr. Ken Brodlie, Leeds]
