CiP2000 focuses on innovation within Psychology research, teaching and
practice. The conference aims to promote the sharing of expertise amongst
researchers, developers and lecturers, to apply psychological principles in
the design and use of educational technologies and to provide a showcase
for new software relevant to Psychology.
We invite you to attend CiP2000 and submit proposals for papers, panels,
roundtables, tutorials, workshops, demonstrations/posters, and special
interest group discussions. All proposals will be reviewed for inclusion in
the conference program and proceedings.
Who should participate:

Lecturers and post-graduates teaching psychology
Psychologists using computers for research
Developers and publishers of learning resources
Submissions on the following topics are invited:

* Use of Internet in teaching and research
* Supporting laboratory courses
* Demonstrations, tutorials and simulations
* Data collection, management and analysis
* Research applications and experimental control
* Course management and student assessment

* Courseware development and evaluation
* Software developments in applied areas of psychology
* Computer-based assessment
Submissions on good practice using existing technologies as well as reports
of leading edge developments are encouraged.
HOW TO SUBMIT
CiP2000 will include paper presentations, panel and workshop sessions as
well
as interactive posters and demonstrations (with associated short
presentations).
Submissions should be in the form of an abstract up to 500 words to reach
the conference organiser by 22ND DECEMBER 1999
Abstracts should include a cover sheet detailing:
* Type of submission
* Title of submission
* Names of all contributors
* Address, telephone and email address of contact
* Equipment requirements
