Hmmm well I am not sure I would regard RDF as being object-oriented
but apart from that I think we should take this idea forward. Here is
a rough proposal:
1: model DC in UML
2: provide the DC definition as XMI
3: generate CORBA IDL for an information resource component
4: evaluate
