Can't you tell!? :-) TELL stands for Technology Enhanced Language
Learning. It was a UK Consortium set up under the aegis of the larger TLTP
(UK-level computer assisted learning initiative), please correct me anyone
if I'm wrong (I'm quoting from memory). This brought together a large
number of UK institutions to produce software and courseware tools for
language learning. It also involved a useful evaluation phase which
introduced the Laurillard framework.
All I can say in reply, but clearly TELL is very important and will
naturally receive a mention in the forthcoming Web and Public Exhibition of
the History of CALL.

At the risk of sounding really ignorant.... what is TELL? At any rate,
I won't be able to help out on the survey as I am not in the UK.. Sorry.
