An entity I'm dealing with has agreed to train its staff on how to interact with PWDs. I offered to provide to it some sample etiquette guides (you know, speak directly to PWDs, don't "help" or push a PWD unless you are asked, don't use the word "cripple," etc., etc.). Does anyone have any good guides on disability etiquette? I know I've seen some good ones.
