I have found a number of the orthopaedic surgeons who
refer patients to me for rehab post-ACL reconstruction
to be vague and contradictory in their information
regarding when and in what manner to begin
open-kinetic chain qudriceps strengthening after ACL
reconstruction. I have found a similar lack of
agreement in orthopaedic texts. I was wondering
whether any of the list's members could take the time
to share their opinions with me on the timing,
intensity and restricted range of movement (if any) of
such open-chain quads work.
