I fully agree. I also would like to add that I think we get bet results
when we are nudging it in the right direction, rather than pushing it,
since if we push to hard the body tend to resist. I think that "wise
action" is for us to use a concept of minimal force, ie to use as little
force as possible to bring about changes.
