Dear Tambu,
She may have slightly separated her pubic symphysis. Try a muscle
energy technique with resisted hip abduction bilaterally in hook lying.
Quickly switch resistance to the adductor side of the knees and get her
to do a symmetrical short adductor contraction. Hope this works.
Generally see immediate relief if that was the problem. Have you tried
to treat her SIJ's? Good Luck. Sandy
