Update on the CAIN Web Site

The CAIN (Conflict Archive on the INternet) site contains a wide range
of information and source material on the Northern Ireland conflict
from 1968 to the present. The site is aimed at an academic audience
but is freely available to anyone with Internet access.
A major on-line database has just been added to the site. The
database contains detailed information on all the deaths that occurred
as a result of the conflict from July 1968 to December 1998. See the
following page for further information:

The information is fully searchable and there is also the capacity to
produce summary tables based on key variables.
