This can be about as complicated as you want...!
You can either suck data into ArcView using SQL Connect and ODBC (apparently
greatly improved in ArcView 3.2), or (in theory at least - I've not get it
to work yet) you can join ArcView and Access data sources in Crystal Reports
(comes with AV 3.1 and above), or if you want to get fancy (and have someone
who really knows their way around Avenue etc), you can use DDE to operate on
Access objects from within ArcView using aDDE.Execute...
It all depends what you mean by "link"!
