David, sorry for the delay in replying...
I've just checked, and can detect no problem with the lists you identify.
For dc-datamodel, the archive is currently showing the last message as
submitted on 8 October. Other messages were sent to the list overnight, and
will be archived tonight by Mailbase (the archive is expanded once every 24
hours, around midnight UK time).
For dc-coverage, the archive is currently showing the last message as
submitted on 7 September, which tallies with my own copy of the received
messages.
For dc-format, dc-relation, and dc-title, the recent archives are also
accessible, although dc-title in particular has been quite quiet.
Let me know if you are still experiencing difficulties.
