Macsyma Inc has lowered its prices after rejoining its corporate family
Symbolics Inc. A single user academic licence of Macsyma with Numkit is
now 150 Pounds plus vat (was 180). The partial differential equation
solver PDEase is reduced from 290 Pounds to 150 Pounds plus vat also.
More dramatic is the new aggressively priced Crossgrade. You can
crossgrade to Macsyma with Numkit for just 85 Pounds plus vat. This is
open to all owners of Mathematica, Maple, Mathcad, Derive, MatLab, MuPad,
or Axiom (proof of purchase required).
Student versions of Macsyma and PDEase are now just 25 Pounds plus vat.
