I think it is not so simple. Although in principle democracy is what you
very rightly pointed out, however what has to be registered is the fact that
choices can only be exercised, if one has all the information and training.
For a mother it will be important to know whether there are chances of her
unborn child living a quality life, before she takes a decision to abort.
