There must be a number of Resus officers and ACLS instructors lurking on
this group apart from the ones who have already replied. It would be
nice to hear from more of them. The few ACLS courses I have been on
teach quick-look for 1st responders, and don't worry about the 3 leads
until after the 1st set of 3 shocks. I don't think the ACLS manual deals
with this point either way.
