Dear Patrick,
What is really puzzling for me is just where such a request
comes from in the first place? Does some business school
lecturer stand up and indicate that somehow learning and
knowledge transfer is something NEW? Your
question seems to me to be a bit like saying please send me
advice on life and living. I think it is important to step
outside the discourse - on knowledge organizations for instance -
and ask how we come to
ask for such advice in the first instance,
this would also help anyone interested in replying to your post.
Alternatively can I direct to the words of Alanis Morrisette
You live you learn
You love you learn
You cry you learn
You lose you learn
You bleed you learn
You scream you learn
and more:
You grieve you learn
You choke you learn
You laugh you learn
You choose you learn
You pray you learn
You ask you learn
You live you learn
