This report presents the results of a two-year landmark
Canadian empirical study examining the use of computer technologies
by college and university students with disabilities. In addition
to extensive discussion and findings, the report contains sets of
recommendations directed at: professors, government agencies,
developers and suppliers of computer technology, and personnel
providing services to students with disabilities. Among the
resources included in the appendices is a listing of what specific
hardware and software are typically being used by students with
various disabilities here in Canada.
