I agree with Erik on this, and I'm also most uncomfortable with trying to
shoe-horn Audience into Description.
I think that we need to face up to the fact that the concept of intended
audience has a different meaning to that of any of the existing 15 elements.
In my view we need to decide whether Audience is a significant enough term
for "simple resource discovery" to warrant adding to the existing 15. If it
is, we should extend the list of 15 fields to 16. If it isn't, we should
simply note that a number of applications are likely to be using "Audience"
as one of their extensions to DC15.
