Seems to me the current proposal [1] attempts to give a solution for those
implementations that have requirement for detailed contact information.
Several implementations in [2] require less detail.
I believe the WG should be looking for a limited set of qualifiers that
would be of widespread use. Can we recommend that v-Card semantics are
used but go on to identify a sub-set which we reckon are the 'core'
qualifiers??
