Firstly - interviews are a diabolical tool for selecting a team
Secondly - it sounds a bit like the Chair was paying lip service to the
feedback process
Thirdly, feedback is vital so why not feedback the definitions proffered
by others here to the Chair and then post the reply here so that we can
have a wee chuckle ;-)
Fourthly, I'd give you any job I had going mate - looks like they blew
it
