this seems a funny statement to me , although only a very junior
member of this list, I would be intersted to hear the difference
between a lecture and a presentation, as the individual presentations
I have had to make have been very much like mini -l ectures as that
is the way I have been taught/ trained / educated to do them by
lecturers in further and higher education
The only difference I have encountered between lectures and
presentations, is that lectures tend to be long and delivered by
bpeople who know more about something than the audience and
presentations are shorter and often for your peer group
in respect to 'commericial presentations ' none of the above applies
it's just trying to intellectualise flogging stuff.
