I would suggest that Stroke within 6 months would be a relative rather than
absolute contraindication. Contrast small (unknown?) risk of intracranial
haemorrhage following ischaemic stroke with high chance of death in
unthrombolysed massive anterior MI!
Current thinking is if patient has ever had Streptokinase before they
should get rtPa for next MI - antibodies to streptokinase persist for a
long time following its use and neutralise drug.
