1) Check ABC
2) Oxygen 100%
3) Stop Strep infusion.
4) Establish adequate IV access - central line
5) Consider atropine
6) Have external pacing ready.
7) Prepare for temporary pacing if required
But heck - its been a long time!
Sinus Rhythm with a rate 34?? I would strongly suspect CHB, but could be
reperfusion arrythmia?
