Normal hand washing with regular soap, if done properly, should be enough to
remove any germs. There is a valid concern, and the beginnings of some
evidence, that all the antiseptic products around now (soap, cutting boards,
windex, etc.) are producing resistant strains of the microbes. So, I don't
use any of those products, and I'm just fine.
