Sam,
The Historical GIS of Great Britain holds data taken
from the 1851 Religious Census for England and Wales at
registration district level (and Scottish data is about to be
loaded). Another project, the 1851 Religious Census Project,
funded by ESRC, is about to result in a book _Rival Jerusalems:
The Geography of Victorian Religion_ which draws extensively on
the 1851 Census and includes maps at RD level for all of England
and Wales for all denominations. I can let you have
pre-publication maps of nonconformist denominations if you like.
As part of the project we also computerised the parish level
data for Cambridgeshire which I could also give you sight of.
Best wishes,
Paul
