How was this dx made? Was a stellite ganglion block done to confirm the dx?
If she does have RSD then the research shows that she should have a course of
stellite nerve blocks. When she is under the benefit of the blocks PT techniques
of whirlpool, weight bearing, aerobic exercise, aquatic exercise etc. should
help.
