Nabil - I find that pretty much whatever the surgery anyone has had on a
joint, if I do increasingly deep soft tissue work on the musculature above
and below that joint it makes a huge difference to their ROM. They are so
used to co-contracting the muscles to fend off the pain from the original
injury and then the surgical pain that they get tremendous relief from this
approach. Don't get too focussed on the scar tissue although of course it is
very important.
