NOTE for Netscape vieweres.
We found that Netscape viewers finished up with our pages looking like a
pigs breakfast. Eunice has been flat out for the last four days and now has
square eyes and knotted fingers from trying to reformat to ensure that
Netscape viewers can see them as they should be.
If anyone encounters problems or finds any of our pages that don't make
sense please take the trouble to let us know. The problem is that we use IE
and when we look at our pages they are fine. We can now view in Netscape as
well and the difference is incredible. Tables/no tables, missing graphics,
text transposed etc. As we are doing this ourselves in basic html and not
using any software programs it takes a lot of fiddling around.
As a matter of interest the statistics on our site show that the hits from
the UK are outnumbered by both the USA and Australia by about 4 to 1. Does
this mean there is not much interest in UK history in the UK or not as many
readers?
The number of Netscape viewers are now almost as high as others, thus the
need to revamp.
Thanks in advance for your interest and help. .
Regards.
Eunice and Ron
