Information about the operation and take-up of EMAS in Europe
as a whole including the UK was available in the past from
the EMAS Help Desk at the European Organisation for
Testing and Certification (EOTC) Rue D'Egmontstraat 15,
B-1000 Brussels. They also had a web site www.EMAS.lu
which gave access to offical documents, lists of registered
sites and accredited verifers etc. However this web page
now directs enquirers to European Commission DGXI.E.1
Office: BU-9 2/201 Rue de la Loi 200; B-1049 Brussels -
Belgium Email: [log in to unmask] Phone/Fax +32.2.502 04 72.
Presumably they are now providing this service. Hope this
is of help to you.
