When you send messages to this list, can people compose using PLAIN TEXT
format rather than HTML (or your email programme equivalent if you don't use
Outlook Express). It's creating havoc trying to open and read your mail
because of the Dial-Up Connection box that keeps popping up (automatically).
It gets worse when you forward or reply, as they re-post in the format of
the original email(usually anyway).
There is also the problem of fonts - when people use fancy fonts or fonts
that require you to download them in order to read the message the way the
author intended you to read them. It would also be a good idea if you do not
send with coloured backgrounds or apply stationary.
A little consideration would go a long way to making email communications
smoother.
Cheers
Tony
