Okay, not to bash Lotus etc. but there is a logic to using inverted
order. Or at least there was when it was created.
There is a solution to all of this. Make each part of a name a separate
tag. Something like Creator.Name.First, Creator.Name.Last etc. This
means of course that we have to figure out how to define first and last
names in non-English languages (think about our discussion on name
authority) and so on. Simplistic, but it works.
