Recently on both the disability-research and OzAdvocacy lists there have
been descriptions of pro-institutional arguments as 'Neo-Stalinist'.
Can anyone explain that?
I honestly cannot see the connection, unless it is to do with drawing a
parallel with the bureaucracy of the old Soviet Union?
It's a pretty limp argument, bureaucrats being pretty similar everywhere
(I'm one too), so I'd say the 'entrenched bureaucrat argument'.
Or is it about the approach to debate?
