The brochure might be ok if well done, but that begs the question. In the
USA you could probably head it off by pointing out any brochure which
hints to any degree of discrimination - such as misleading information or
controversal treatment - is a violation of Title III of the ADA and for a
public institution a violation also of Title II. While you might not be
able to conclusively prove that the brochure is discriminatory in fact,
most universities will not want to spend time on anything which might
produce bad PR or end up in court.
