Dear all,
The Data Model working group has published "Guidance on expressing
the Dublin Core within the Resource Description Framework" (see
http://www.ukoln.ac.uk/metadata/resources/dc/datamodel/WD-dc-rdf/).
We can use this now to revise the technical bits of the position paper.
Our upcoming move from Bangkok has demanded my attention this week, and I
leave this evening for a week in Germany. I have been thinking about the
token discussion alot, however, and thank everyone who has contributed.
I will post a summary and some further thoughts as soon as I can.
Many thanks,
Tom
