Eric,
rather than creating a formal document as such, which may be difficult to
keep up to date, could the DC site have an area where people could log
warnings and tips for each piece of software, say along the lines of the
mailbase in terms of presentation ? It would also be useful to keep a
history, and contact information so that tips can be followed up. That way
any interested party can contribute.
